Happy Monday!
I made a surprise visit to Utah (thanks to Donny) this sun-tues to see my man! Woot Woot! He was shocked to see me on his porch sat night and oh so glad that I was here for a few days:) Mr. Remmie even made the trip and was happy to see his pappa! I needed this little get-a-way badly after a rough week of decisions and lack of patience:) anyone else get that way? I want results now but that’s never the case:) So I’m in Utah, soaking up time with Carson and enjoying some R & R so i’ll be a little absent for the computer till Wednesday after this post:)

Today is kind of a special day for the #FitFluenital crew…Its Kelly Olexa’s Birthday! She is the founder and CEO of FitFluential and she does so much for all of us Ambassadors! She is an awesome role model in the fitness world and doing so much good! Thank you!!
