St Patty’s Day Green Smoothie

Happy St Patty’s Day!

I hope you are wearing green and avoiding being pinched! Thanks to all those who tuned into the daily dish on friday! In case you missed it you can catch it here!

We talked all about eating green on saint pattys day so here is my all time favorite green smoothie recipe and Carson wanted me to add that it doesn’t taste like a salad ha! So folks don’t be afraid of the green smoothie:)

Saint Patty’s Day Smoothie

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1-2 cups spinach

few leaves of butter lettuce greens (or any other green of your choice)

1 frozen banana

1/2 pear ( I was dying for a mango but didn’t have one on hand!)

1/2 cup greek yogurt (i have to leave it out due to stomach issues but it adds a great texture!)
