Taking you back to Asia today with another travel post! Are you sick of them yet? I hope not! We decided we wanted to take a day trip to see Wat Rong Khun in Chiang Rai but we didn’t want to sit on a crowded tour bus for an entire day to do it. So we decided to rent a car.
In Thailand, they drive on the other side of the road so it was a little strange to say the least. Thankfully, Carson is a good driver and we didn’t run into any problems! It was a little too easy to rent the car and my heart jumped to my throat every time we passed a police checkpoint in fear they would arrest us as foreigners. I’m happy to report I was overreacting and all was well. I’m so happy we made the day trip because Wat Rong Khun is not to be missed!
