Finally a shoe that is made specifically for dancers! This has been a long time coming and huge thanks to Reebok for sending me a pair to review. As most of you know, I basically live at the studio teaching and running rehearsals and spend long days on my feet so I was so excited to give these shoes a try because most comfortable shoes I wear are not the cutest:) So I strapped these kicks on and I loved how flexible they are. I didn’t notice any restrictions while warming up or teaching. Now I wouldn’t go running in them and that’s not what they are designed for, they are designed just for what I need! Light enough to be quick on my feet but just enough support for the balls of my feet as well as my heels. Here is what Reebok has to say about it:
A sassy, cool mid cut shoe inspired by the Reebok Heritage Freestyle Model with dance performance elements. The vibrant color scheme celebrates your passion for dance.
- Breathable mesh, synthetic overlays and 3D FuseFrame combine to provide lightweight, seamless support
- 3D UltraLite tooling for lightweight cushioning, Pivot Point and Turn Zone for control in turns and spins, vertical and horizontal flex grooves to allow the foot to move and ForeFoot Grip for traction in just the right place
- Mid cut design gives you stability and support during dance activities
As you can see I basically live in them and I’m kinda in love with the bright 80’s vibe as well! Check out Chelsie as the face of the new Reebok Dance Collection. Go Chels!
