Sorry I have been so absent lately. My parents came to town to see the show and we have had quite the itinerary. I’ll post pics soon!

1. Adjusting my thoughts and how I valued food. Trying less to be skinny and more to be healthy. As soon as I started to see food as a way to be healthy and fit, I gained confidence and spent more time obsessing about things that matter instead of calories and numbers.
2.Eating a plant based diet. (with a little of this and that). I’m not 100% raw, or vegan. I look forward to meals because not only are they doing my body a whole lot of good, they taste good. I crave eating good, pure foods. I can tell a difference when I eat something that is processed.
3. Excercise. I love Interval Cardio training. I get bored running for an hour so this workout is perfect for me. Cardio is important to stay hit and heart healthy.
4. Yoga has changed my life. Yoga helps me find balance, peace, and strength. Not only has it improved my flexibility (so great for my dance career) but has toned my legs and arms right up! I enjoy taking a 90 min yoga practice to thank my body and myself for all the hard work. Good for my body and especially my soul.
5. Finding love. Love is so important! Love yourself, love your life, and love others! Learning to love my body, with all its imperfections, is hard (still working on it). It is a god given gift and we need to recognize it. Let yourself be loved and share your light and love with others as well.
