New Recipe and Cardio Love

Hey Luvs,

I hope that your Sunday was great! I always love Mondays and they seem to go by pretty fast!  I had the honor of working with my little sister for a new solo today.  She is not anything like me:) Tall, long, and has these beautiful feet! Sheesh! Everything a dancer wants!   So I was giddy to set my choreography on her and see how it turns out!! I’ll post a video soon:)

I was craving the gym so I headed out early for a good cardio workout!

*Incline was at 10 for the full workout
