Fitness and Mint Mania

Good morning friends!

Hope you are all having a wonderful hump day! I don’t know about the rest of you but I think this week is going by a little slowly:) Maybe it’s because I have finally slowed down a bit from my crazy work schedule and have some time to relax. Last night we used a wedding gift card I received while in Utah, and bought a new set of plates, bowls, and cups.  They look so classy and I can’t wait to photograph my food on them! Maybe it’ll inspire me to become a better cook.

Yesterday I did make it to the gym and here is my workout thanks to fitsugar.

It was a great workout and I really felt my heart rate getting up there. I try my best to hit cardio 3 or 4 times a week but if your body isn’t feeling it, then don’t stress it. hit it hard next week:)

This morning I had another Morning Mint Mango Madness Smoothie that always hits the spot! yum! I’m finding that I love the taste of the fresh mint with the mango.  I think I’m going to try to include fresh herbs like mint in more of my smoothies and salad dressings! I found a recipe for a Cilantro Apple smoothie from Pure2Raw today so I think that will be lunch!

    we love our fresh mint!!! so refreshing and perfect in smoothies!
