Fit Fig Smoothie

Hey there friends! Happy Thursday to you all!

I got some great Cardio in this morning! Always feels good to get to that out of the way before the day begins:)

My laptop is currently at the Apple Store being repaired so you’ll have to be patient with todays post due to using my iPhone:)

I wanted to share an awesome new post workout smoothie recipe with you today! I used some of the samples that SunWarrior sent me!

Fit Fig Smoothie

Prep time – 5 min

Makes 1 large smoothie or 2 small ones.

1/2 C frozen blueberries
1/2 C frozen figs
1 C spinach
1 small cucumber (chopped)
1 C unsweetend almond milk
1/2 C water ( add more if needed)
1 scoop vanilla SunWarrior warrior blend protein powder
2 tsp cinnamon

Place water and almond milk in blender followed by the remaining ingredients. Blend and enjoy!


*you can substitute your favorite protein powder.
*if you’d like to hide the “green” taste, add some fresh squeezed lemon.

I loved it! Figs are so refreshing and It’s always great to get in my greens!

    oh yes love smoothies after I workout! and love figs in mine too 🙂
