Hey there friends!
I wanna chat for second about how expensive it can get to live a healthy life. We all know that buying organic or attending the latest fitness class can break the bank, so how do we do it?
I got thinking about this after attending a hot yoga class at Las Vegas Hot Yoga and ending up paying $20 for a 60 min class. A little pricey for my taste but I decided to splurge for some well needed stretching in the heat. For awhile I attended the studio on an unlimited month pass and I loved seeing the benefits of the hot classes but my budget began to slide. Finances changed and I needed to rethink how I was spending.
I found other ways to stay in shape.
- Finishing out my gym pass (hate getting locked into those!)
- Exercising outside! Walking, running, etc…
- At home Yoga Podcasts
- At home HIIT workouts/Interval Training (100 rep or bodyrock)
I do treat myself to the yoga studio once and awhile because I LOVE the energy that I get from practicing yoga with others but it helps to have other options to save money. There are so many ways to stay in shape without breaking the bank!
