Gluten Free Ideas For the Holidays!

Hey friends!

Thank you for your support on my last post about finding blog clarity.  As I mentioned in my last post, I am not the most brilliant cook, but I am always find great recipes I need to try.  Especially as this holiday season rolls around, its hard to avoid certain foods.  Lucky for me, I am not totally gluten intolerant, but I am sensitive so I try my best to stay clear of it.  Read here why I went mostly gluten free.  Holiday foods are filled with gluten and it seems like there is no hope! Never fear friends because I have found some of the best (in my opinion) gluten free holiday recipes out there from my fellow bloggers.  I will leave the fabulous recipe making up to them, and I’ll do my best to cook and enjoy.

First on the list is Grain-Free Carrot Cupcakes from Leanne. Click here for the link to the recipe!  They are made with coconut flour instead of white flour! Yum! These are the perfect little side dish to your holiday meal!

For another tasty side dish, check out this GF  Cranberry, Apricot, and Pecan Rice Pilaf from Angela.  Click here for the link!  Angela has awesome recipes and I stalk her blog for the latest daily! Check her out!

Squash are in season this time of year and here is an awesome way to incorporate it into your holiday diet.  Ashley over at the edibleperspecitve.com posted this great dish! Check out this Brocoli Stuffed Acorn Squash for another holiday meal.  Gluten free of course!  Click here.

If you are looking for a tasty holiday breakfast recipe, this one if for you! The ladies over at Iheartwellness.com created the GF Vegan Christmas Morning Loaf. Perfect for Christmas Morning!

And of course, we cannot forget about pumpkin! Take a look at this Vegan + Gluten Free Pumpkin Bread recipe from Amy. Click here for the recipe.  I also love that this recipe contains zero refined sugars! Definatly an added bonus!

You can also check out some of my favorite GF recipes that I have made on the blog for some other ideas as well.  Just click on the title and it will take you to the recipe post.

GF Apple Love Muffins

GF Dreamy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls

GF Peanut Butter Carob Cookies

GF Brownies {Brocoli Style}

Hopefully this can help out with your holiday GF fears! We are so lucky today to have so many ways of finding gluten free products, recipes, and more that weren’t around just 10 years ago.  Let me know if you have any further questions.  I would be happy to help you find exactly what you are looking for!

Happy gluten free holidays!

xoxo
