I hope everyone had a great weekend! I really enjoyed signing off this weekend and it was good to put the laptop away for a little bit:) I have a new at home workout for you today and it’s inspired by Shape Magazines Best Abs article! Give it a try and let me know what you think!
Take about 5 min to do a warm up/stretch and then hit it hard!
|High Knees with Jump rope||If you don’t have a jump rope, do it without. Use abs to pull knees to chest.||1 min|
|Passe Abs||Example here||30 reps. 15 each leg|
|Star Jumps||Example here||15 reps|
|Towel Plank + Knee In||Example here||12-15 reps|
|Sumo Squat Jump||Example here. If the jump is too hard, simply squat without the jump.||1 min.|
Repeat the circuit 2 or 3 more times (depending on your fitness level). Rest for 1 minute in between each circuit! Push yourself and you’d be surprised what a great workout you can get in at home! Here’s my latest music love to motivate you!
