Turn up the Music…At Home Abs

Hello luvs!

I hope everyone had a great weekend! I really enjoyed signing off this weekend and it was good to put the laptop away for a little bit:)  I have a new at home workout for you today and it’s inspired by Shape Magazines Best Abs article! Give it a try and let me know what you think!

Take about 5 min to do a warm up/stretch and then hit it hard!

Exercise Description Reps/Time
High Knees with Jump rope If you don’t have a jump rope, do it without.   Use abs to pull knees to chest. 1 min
Passe Abs Example here 30 reps. 15 each leg
Star Jumps Example here 15 reps
Towel Plank + Knee In Example here 12-15 reps
Sumo Squat  Jump Example here. If the jump is too hard, simply squat without the jump. 1 min.

Repeat the circuit 2 or 3 more times (depending on your fitness level). Rest for 1 minute in between each circuit! Push yourself and you’d be surprised what a great workout you can get in at home!  Here’s my latest music love to motivate you!

Now for the fun stuff! How many of you watched the Oscars last night?! Awards season is one of my favorite things and I LOVE LOVE LOVE when the stars walk the Red Carpet! Here are some of my favorite looks from last night!

Cameron is stunning and I want her arms! Congrats to all the fabulous winners last night and cheers to fashion!
