moving…

Hey friends!

I’m sorry for another week of blog absence! There are a lot of changes going on over here and it’s taken up a lot of my time as well mental capabilities.  This may be a long post, so bare with me:)

First of all, we’ve enjoyed Carson’s little break in Vegas and treated it like a little “stay-cation” soaking up Vegas while we can:)

it was a beautiful day with some great cast members:)

and now for the big news…I will be officially moving to Utah this Saturday to be with Carson permanently and I am looking forward to a normal married life:) we gave it a good try and lasted an entire semester! I don’t think that I could’ve lasted any longer and we feel we are making the right decision.  I gave my notice to Donny & Marie about 3 weeks ago and its been a whirlwind of decisions and change.  Thankfully, D & M have been very supportive of my decision and sad to see me go.  I’ve been emotional about the whole thing (we’ll save that for another post) and I’ll be sad to leave my cast mates behind.  I’ll miss the laughing that occurs in between numbers in that dressing room, I’ll miss the excitement of stepping on stage, the rush of the unexpected falls/accidents during a show, but I won’t miss putting on a costume every night, that’s for dang sure!  So many memories were made this past year and a half and I cannot be more grateful for the experiences I have had.  New York, Toronto, Detroit, Chicago, and of course Vegas have been an adventure I will never forget.  So I will treasure my last 5 shows with the Donny and Marie crew:)
