so lately i found out i can’t eat certain foods (i.e kale, green beans, asparagus etc) basically anything dark green haha due to a genetic issue (post about that to come, still learning a lot). uh what the heck am i supposed to eat? remember how i used to eat A TON of kale and dark greens? well i have had to get a little creative and search for new ideas with foods i’m not so sensitive to. it’s secretly been a blessing in disguise because i needed a little reality check to help me relax and stop stressing about my food choices. i do find it a little silly that those foods that are healthy and super awesome are actually hurting me. so it’s time to find other healthy choices to fill those spots!
