Hello friends!
Sorry for another late night post but its been one crazy day! We had to get my car fixed for my long drive back to Utah tomorrow, and we all know how that goes…ugh cars costs too much money! Anyhow, my little car is all fixed and ready to go but my day completely got away from me. I did get in some home yoga today so I did feel good about that:) thank you P90X yoga!
Its almost 10:30 here and I’ve yet to finsih packing! eek! While procrastinating packing earlier, I decided I wanted to bake a little treat! I got on the web and found a new blog I love! Its called Love Veggies and Yoga by Averie! It is filled with the most delicious looking recipes that are all mostly vegan, raw, and or gluten free! I decided to give the Vegan Coconut Cookie Bites a try!
The recipe was so simple! check it out here
Here are my little tweeks:)
- Instead of using 1 Cup of almond flour, I used half a cup of brown rice flour, as well as another half cup of Almond flour.
- I also added about 4 dates to make it a little bit sweeter.
- A dash of powdered stevia instead of sugar.
I put them in the fridge a little bit to harder up and inhaled a few!
These took about 10 min total and mad
