My first “What I Ate Wednesday”!!

Hey Bloggers!

So its my first WIAW woot woot! I checked this out over at Peas and Crayons and I wanted to join in on the fun! so here is what I ate…(yesterday) haha

Started the morning off early with some fresh fruit from our bountiful basket this week.

Breakfast consisted of an egg white omelet filled with spinach, tomato, black beans, zucchini, vegan Daiya cheese, and topped with avocado! Delish to say the least! I made a little side salad with the extra fillings.

Snack time was some Protein Truffles thanks to Mama Pea

Lunch was a left over veggie burger from Monday night wrapped in lettuce with a nummy side salad.  I tried to use up whatever left overs I had in the fridge for my salad.  Garbonzo beans, kidney beans, a little cucumber, and sautéed yellow squash.

Then grabbed a green smoothie on my way out to work filled with cucumber, spinach, almond milk, hemp pro fiber, banana, frozen blueberries, and stevia.

I was a little hungry after work so I threw together a little quinoa salad with beans, tomato, and avocado.  unfortunatly didn’t take a picture before I inhaled it:) what can I say? I was hungry!

There it is friends!  My first WIAW!
