Congrats to the NuNaturals Stevia giveaway winners! Can’t wait for you to start your stevia adventures:) As I mentioned the other day, I’ve been switching up my workout routine the last couple of days and here is what I’ve been doing! (I have done all of these workouts at home! No gym required)

Today I spotted an old workout over at Pure2Raw that I had done before and decided to bring it back today! I did the Fierce Friday workout from BodyRock.tv followed by a Yoga Podcast from Nikki Wong.
I forgot how much I enjoy Bodyrock.tv. It’s a fast, effective way to shred some calories! Sometimes I look over the daily workout because I don’t have all the at home equipment, but she has A TON of workouts on the site that just require your body for a good workout.

My body responds well to Interval Training but I can’t forget my cardio and yoga practice! Keep it fresh and shock your body once awhile. You’ll be surprised at the results you’ll see once you push yourself to try something new:)
