high school bleacher workout

hey all!

its been an interesting start to my week so i thought i would hit you with a workout instead of bore you with the life story of monday:)

i headed to the local high school in the area and took advantage of the track and bleachers! so here it is and it’s actually super simple! i set my tabata trainer app (free!) for 30 secs of WORK and 15 secs for rest. (this was the only pic i could find online and it isnt set up with my 30/15 work out but you get the idea:) **remember i am not a doctor or personal trainer, this is simply the workout i did and i am now sharing it with you! **

1ST CIRCUIT (WORK= 30 seconds REST= 15 seconds)

  • 5 min warm up
  • SPRINT (i sprinted around the track! run as hard and fast as you can)
  • REST/WALK
  • SPRINT
  • REST/WALK
  • SPRINT
  • REST/WALK
  • SPRINT
  • REST/WALK

2ND CIRCUIT (WORK = 30 seconds REST= 15 seconds_)

  • BLEACHER RUNS (run up and down the bleacher stairs)
  • REST
  • INCLINE PUSH UPS (feet on 1st row bleacher bench, hands on railing. should be at an incline)
  • REST
  • BLEACHER RUNS
  • REST
  • LEG LIFTS (sit on bench. lean back and lift legs up to V sit position. lower and repeat)
  • REST
  • BLEACHER RUNS
  • REST
  • TRICEP DIPS
  • REST
  • BLEACHER RUNS
  • REST
  • INCLINE PUSH UPS

3RD CIRCUIT WORKOUT 
  • JUMP ROPE
  • REST
  • OBLIQUE V-UPS RIGHT SIDE
  • REST
  • JUMP ROPE
  • REST
  • OBLIQUE V-UPS LEFT SIDE
  • REST
  • SQUAT WITH PYLO JUMP (squat low and immediately push up to jump)
  • REST
  • PLANK WALK OUTS
  • REST
  • JUMPING SPLIT LUNGES
  • SIT UPS
REPEAT CIRCUIT 2 & 3 TWICE MORE IF YOU CAN!
you can totally switch up the exercises and add your own flavor! just work and push your hardest for 30 secs then catch your breath for the 15 sec rest! remember you get to take a minute rest in between circuits!
