CrossFit Tuesday

Hey friends!

It’s been a little gloomy here is Vegas today but I am a big fan of the thunder and rain.  It hardly ever rains here so when it does I make sure to go play in it! I took remmie out to experience the rain and I just giggled….He was not sure where that water was coming from and looked at me like “mom, what are you doing to me?!” Trying to get him to pee or poop in the rain was a different story:)

He’s a little spoiled….He gets the golden treatment from dad.

Moving on…

Let’s talk about FITNESS.  Today I tried something new and it was actually really hard.  With that said, it was so good to sweat that much and breathe that hard! My body was shocked with a new routine and I know i’ll be sore tomorrow! I mentioned in my October Goals that I wanted to give CrossFit a try so I hit the Internet and found a great workout at Self Magazine’s online site.  Click here to view the CrossFit routine!

Those are just some of the moves from the workout! With the warm up included, the workout lasted about 35-40 min and it was awesome! Hit this 2-3 times a week and you will be sure to see results!

      Seriously? It was perfect but im am soooooo sore! hopefully work wont be to rough tonight haha!
